苹果甜菜根萝卜汁Apple, Beetroot & Carrot Juice
苹果甜菜根萝卜汁
材料:
80克新鲜甜菜根(去皮,切小块)
110克红萝卜(去皮,切小块)
110克青苹果(切小块)
10克芹菜叶
2汤匙蜂蜜
2汤匙青柠檬汁
½ 杯冰水/滚水
点缀:
30克青苹果片
做法:
1. 将全部材料放入果汁机搅打(除了蜂蜜, 酸柑汁以外).
2. 将果至倒入杯子里,用青苹果片点缀.
3. 加入冰块,口感更理想.

Ingredients:
80g fresh beetroot(peel,cut into small cubes)
110g carrot(peel,cut into small cubes)
110g green apples(cut into small cubes)
10g celery
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp green lemon juice
½ cup ice water/water
Garnishes:
30g green apple(slice)
Method:
1. Add & puree all ingredients into the blender(except honey,green lemon juice)
2. Pour juice into glasses.
3. Garnish with sliced green apple.
4. Serve chill with crushed ice.
